Adam Wightman is a Senior Associate in Harwood Andrews family law practice area.
Adam has practised in the ever changing and complex area of family law since his admission to legal practice. Adam has been involved with a number of very complex divorce settlement cases which have equipped him with the skills he now applies for the benefit of our family law clients.
Adam is committed to helping our clients through the difficulties associated with a separation. He provides support, advice and guidance as to how the law applies to our clients’ specific situations, and understands the complexities and challenges associated with family law proceedings.
Adam is particularly interested in the drafting of cohabitation agreements as well as the taxation effects of divorce settlements.
